This 45 from Soul Ambassador’s is the perfect blend of Marvin Gaye and The Temptations. Soulful vocals, feel good vibes and wonderful musical composition went into this record. The 45 comes off of the Sound Stage 7 label run by Fred Foster in Nashville, TN during the 60s and 70s.

The Sensations hailed from Philadelphia, PA, but were signed by a number of notable labels during their career throughout the states including Chess Records, Atco Records and Way Out. Lonely World has some great production work on the track with an eery piano sounding introduction that quickly escalates to a powerful build up. Check it out!

We are heading West with this 45 from the Sweet Souls recorded in Hollywood, CA. If this 45 doesn’t make you feel California beach vibes, I don’t know what does. The A side, “Your Baby”, is clearly influenced by the surfer rock era and will likely remind you of The Beach Boys. This is the perfect 45 for a relaxing sunny day.
